This website was created for and dedicated to an open discussion regarding an ongoing Credit & Housing Problem.

We want to brainstorm on what had happened, to find out how we can get ourselves out of the problem and back to green from the red. We want to see how we can help and are always interested to hear about your experiences too, so we all together can create, enrich and fine-tune this website to make it a helpful tool for all of us to have as a successful tool in resolving our credit and housing problems.

This is not a war-zone forum or politically loaded blog, where people would go just to unleash their sadness and publish down all their aggravation with whoever (depending on where you stand, it can be a government, bank, investor, loan officer, realtor, home owner, borrower or even a tenant)

We understand, we all got to this situation together, so let's leave the flame & blame to some other websites and the entire discussion on whom to blame and who's fault is that, whether it was bank's greed, consumer's ignorance or predatory brokerage - we are all already in this, eating its "fruits" together, and we can't reverse what happened, neither we deserve it.

By the same token, the question on how we can get out of it, and how quick and well we can recover is within our power to determine and that's what this website is dedicated to help you with.

There is an old saying goes like "someone's problem is someone else's opportunity", and yet another saying tells us that To Sell is To Waste, To Buy is To Gain - so let these Our problems to become our own opportunities, be it a greater gain in this coming near future, then all the losses we had endured in the past!

Approaching Litton Loan Servicing regarding SHORT SALE

Greetings! I am a realtor in Southern California representing a client whose Fremont loan is now being handled by Litton Loan Servicing. I would appreciate any suggestions in approaching this company regarding approval of my client's short sale. Agents I have spoken with are of the opinion that this particular company is difficult to work with but they have not offered any positive suggestions. I would welcome all constructive input.
