Approaching Litton Loan Servicing regarding SHORT SALE

Greetings! I am a realtor in Southern California representing a client whose Fremont loan is now being handled by Litton Loan Servicing. I would appreciate any suggestions in approaching this company regarding approval of my client's short sale. Agents I have spoken with are of the opinion that this particular company is difficult to work with but they have not offered any positive suggestions. I would welcome all constructive input.

Dear SoCal, I am glad that I CAN help you on this one! We had a VERY successful shortsale happened September 2008. All parties of the deal were satisfied, and additionally, credit reporting on the Borrower was marked "Account Settled" which is a best deal I had so far.
